Setting the stage for change

READ I had a fascinating conversation with Tony Peers, the HR Director of the National Theatre, written up by Jenny Roper for HR Magazine Theatre and the performing arts may not immediately appear to have lessons to offer business or the public sector, but I see so many exciting possibilities, from how to rethink work in small organisations to new and fairer ways to engage with freelancers. This is by its very nature a supremely creative sector. It is going to find solutions and opportunities which the rest of us have not yet imagined - "such stuff as dreams are made on", perhaps??
