Setting the stage for change

READ I had a fascinating conversation with Tony Peers, the HR Director of the National Theatre, written up by Jenny Roper for HR Magazine https://www.hrmagazine.co.uk/article-details/setting-the-stage-for-change-di-and-family-friendly-working-at-the-national Theatre and the performing arts may not immediately appear to have lessons to offer business or the public sector, but I see so many exciting possibilities, from how to rethink work in small organisations to new and fairer ways to engage with freelancers. This is by its very nature a supremely creative sector. It is going to find solutions and opportunities which the rest of us have not yet imagined - "such stuff as dreams are made on", perhaps??
